The aroma is shy at first, then with a little aeration opens up to herbal notes, dried herbs, floral notes of violets, light vanilla, light earthiness-Dundee dust.  The flavors are sweet and display a mixture of red (and dark) berries, milk chocolate, vanilla, and spices.  The texture is rich and round, layered with fruit and tannins that fill the mouth with power and sweetness.  The finish is very long, big, fruity, rich, spicy and seems to keep going on and on, getting richer and spicier and still showing elegance and grace.
